What you have to pay:
Every participant in the Games must complete a manual or on-line entry form and pay the Games Registration fee. Depending on what sports you wish to enter, you will also pay a sports fee. There are different fees for each sport. The Registration Fee goes towards the running of the Games while the sports fees go to the sports club or association that is running the SIMG tournament/event for their sport. For team sports every member of the team must pay the registration fee and the sports fee for their sport.
The sports fees are shown on each sport's page on the website and on the online system.
Registration Fees:
Early Bird (paid by July 1st) = $40.00
Standard Entry (After July 1st) = $55.00
Late Entry (After September 16th ) = $75.00
NB some sports do not accept late entries
All online registrations incur an additional $4 booking fee
Postal credit card entries also incur a $4 fee
Come as an official Supporter:
If you’re not up to competing in a sport, but still want to take part, then become an official supporter. For only $35.00 you’ll get all the benefits of the participants except of course the opportunity to compete for a medal.
Come as a Team Official/Manager:
Team Managers/Officials, who are not playing but associated with a team are eligible for a medal. Tick the Team Official/Manager box. $40.00 Registration Fee.
How to Enter:
1. On-line Registration
To register on-line and pay your entry fees by Visa or Mastercard or Internet Banking, click on Register Now! and follow the links. It is an easy step by step process, you will get instant confirmation and you can go back later and change your details or add more sports. On-line entry will take about 10 minutes to complete. Team captains can enter all members of their team, or team members can register individually. On-line registration is the easiest and fastest way to enter.
2. Manual Entry Form
The manual entry form is in the Entry Book. Each person registering must complete an entry form. You can copy the entry form (both sides).
1) Complete your personal details, select what registration fee you will pay.
2) Review the sports timetable and select which sports you want to participate in. Complete a sports coupon for each sport you wish to enter.
3) Complete the fees section of the entry form. Make sure you include fees for registration and all sports fees. The grand total is the amount you will pay.
4) Turn the entry form over and complete the payment details section. You can pay by cheque, Visa/Mastercard or Internet Banking.
5) Sign the form to confirm that you have read and accept the Term and Conditions of Entry (page 10)
6) Securely attach each relevant sport coupon and your payment to the official entry form.
7) Team captains/managers must complete the team details and team list.
8) Send your completed entry form, together with attached sport coupon/s and payment to: South Island Masters Games , PO Box 3197, Richmond, Nelson 7050.
9) You will be sent an acknowledgment of your confirmed entry within 14 days.
